Here at Rosanna Crothers we know how anxious all clients are to get back in safety into the beauty salon after Covid-19 control measures. Making sure both our staff and clients can receive treatments in safety is our primary concern. We have put Covid-19 safety equipment and procedures in place and all of our staff have undergone the training to ensure they understand how to keep both you and themselves safe.
On Arrival
Please note that now all appointments must be paid by card as we no longer hold cash in the Salon. Unfortunately we cannot offer cash back for any purpose.
Temperature Test
You will be required to take a temperature test and to sign a Covid-19 Tracing Form. Hand sanitizers are placed throughout the Salon.
Hot Hand Towel
Manicure clients will in addition be offered a hot hand towel.
Shoe Covers
If you are a regular client you will be familiar with our shoe covers which now come in a step into box for easy wear, so no more bending.
Client Guidance
Arrive 5 Minutes Before
We kindly ask that you arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time to allow for PPE.
No Magazines or Devices
Unfortunately magazines and newspapers are not longer allowed for hygenie reasons, as are mobiles, laptops etc. banned ☹ But the good news is you can relax and enjoy the experience and maybe treat yourself to Alumier Rescue Eye Pads to rejuvenate fine lines. Or our Skinline Meso Anti-Age Face Mask. Ask your therapist for details.
Prompt Exit
Unfortunately we have been informed that clients must exit the Salon once treatments are completed as the whole cleaning process has to start again. However we do have a private room available where you can wait for a short time should it be free.
Equipment & Team Training
Equipment Sterilised
All items of equipment will be disinfected before and after every service, and implements autoclaved and sterilised before been placed for your personal use in single use sealed pouch.
Towels Boiled @ 90 Degrees
Our towels are boiled @ 90 degrees in an approved disinfectient. To futher protect you disposable towels will be used in conjunction with the cotton towels.
Trained in PPE Protocols
All our team have been trained in PPE protocol and are certified to look after you in all manner of Covid-19 saftey.
